I'm not sure if somebody has any experience of what's going on and could give an insight to this. It's going to sound like i'm shcizophrenic I know... i'm using a handheld radio (kids one basically, channel 3) it's unclear and I don't speak slovenian (according to google) so i'm using a translator app but sounds a panicked male maybe mid 20s?
I'm not recording 24/7 just when I hear them so there will be unheard transmissions / incorrect translations.
